• We currently ship all over Pakistan.

• Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Karachi.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

• Karachi: 2-4 business days

• Major Cities: 4-6 business days

• Other Cities & Remote Areas: 6-8 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping all over Karachi.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan unless stated otherwise.

• Please ensure payment is ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched.

• You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your shipment through our courier partner.

Delivery Issues

• If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping costs (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures for verification.

• We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible according to our return/exchange policy.
